About The Event
This annual training event for adult leaders from our entire council takes place in a festive atmosphere. Come for just the morning or all day, to focus on serious topics or just to have fun learning new skills! The University of Scouting offers more than 100 classes in 5 different “colleges,” with dozens of new classes each year. Sign up for anything that interests you, from Weird Science to Dutch Oven Cooking to Skits & Songs, and more! You will find training on topics not covered anywhere else at any other event in our council. Most classes are taught by volunteers who share not just their knowledge but their passion for their subject. We focus on topics you can take back to your unit and use right away; practical information that will help you improve your program or the organization itself.
