Every successful Scout has a Parent or Leader there with them encouraging them to succeed at the highest levels they can. the Awards given at the District level highlight the leaders who go above and beyond their Packs, Troops, and Crews. we recognize and honor them here to highlight their continued desire to grow Scouting within their home units and within the District.
